Cassidey and her husband’s wedding day on August 6, 2022, was a beautiful celebration of love with a charming country rustic theme. The day was filled with personal touches and meaningful details that made it truly special.

The Perfect Venue
The couple chose to hold their wedding on Cassidey’s grandparents' property, a place filled with cherished memories. The location was perfect, and the family connection added an extra layer of warmth to the celebration. They rented tents to provide shade from the afternoon heat, making sure that everyone stayed comfortable!

A Personal Touch
Cassidey’s wedding was a true family affair. The arbor, a focal point of the ceremony, was handcrafted by her grandfather, adding a deeply personal touch. The flowers for the decor were grown by her grandmother, while the bouquets and boutonnieres were purchased from Costco and lovingly arranged by a family friend.

The Look: Avalon Dress
Cassidey found her dream dress at Storybook Wedding. She chose our Avalon dress (style #220262), initially drawn to the blush and ivory combination but ultimately deciding on an all-ivory gown. Cassidey and her husband met at work and quickly formed a strong bond. After a year of dating, they bought a house together and, a year later, got engaged. Their journey to the altar was filled with love and excitement, culminating in the perfect wedding day after a year and a half of planning.

Memorable Moments
One of Cassidey’s favorite moments was walking down the aisle to marry her best friend. Their first dance was to "Millionaire" by Chris Stapleton, a song that perfectly captured their love story.
